Discover How This 30-Second "Non-Movement" Exercise Can Help Relieve Knee Pain By 58% (According To The National Institute of Health)
And learn a powerful 5-minute ritual that soothes & strengthens painful arthritic knees, even after cartilage deterioration [6], without harmful drugs or invasive surgeries...
Knee pain is one of the most common ailments that plagues men and women over 45 years of age, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  [1]

Unfortunately, many people are lead to believe that there are only two options for relief from joint pain... pain meds or surgery.

The sad truth is that over-the-counter pain meds can have long term debilitating side effects. [2]
Knee replacement surgery on average costs in the United States over $50,000 [3] which can be a financial burden to families, not to mention sometimes months of rehab and Dr's visits.

Yet those who live with constant knee pain can feel robbed of the joy, fulfillment and independence they once knew. Favorite activites such as walks in the park, 18 rounds of golf or a bike ride on a sunny day become distant memories, which can lead to a sedentary lifestyle and other health problems [4]
Thankfully, research from the National Institute of Health now shows there is a 30 second "non-movement" exercise that can naturally sooth and strengthen the knee joint and relieve pain even after decades of arthritis or cartilage deterioration. [6]

Before I share the research I found, let me introduce myself...
How I Stumbled Upon This Unique Pain Relief Exercise
Hi, My name is Todd Kuslikis (Koosh- Lick-iss). Don’t worry, you’re not the first person to mispronounce my last name. ;-)

From a very young age, I’ve been fascinated by how the body heals itself and frustrated after seeing so many people rely on medications that seemed to just cover up problems.

I still remember visits to my grandma "Mociete's" house as a child ("Mociete" is the Lithuanian word for grandma... we sure do love our difficult names, haha!)

My dad would fill up her med box with morning, afternoon, and evening meds. He literally had 20 or so bottles that he pulled out of the cupboard to fill them.
I remember thinking as a child, "Why isn't Mociete in awesome health if she is taking so many meds?"

Even at a young age, I realized that covering up problems wasn't the best approach to optimal health of the body.

And for the last 15 years of my life, I have devoted myself to the study of both Western and Eastern medicine in Universities and Chinese Medicine Schools. My sole aim was to discover the most effective and natural methods to heal the body.
Of course, I learned a lot... and have taught what I learned with the general public. I have been blessed to reach several million people with life changing information on Youtube, Facebook and my own blog.
I don't share this to brag but to express my belief that many people are looking for a natural approach to their pain. And if you are reading this article, I assume that you are too.
And here's the great news...
The body CAN be free from knee pain without harmful drugs or invasive surgery [5].

And in a moment, you'll learn this unique 30 second exercise the National Institue of Health found to reduce knee pain by up to 58%.
But first, its important for you to know the 3 main causes for knee pain. I call them, the Joint Pain Triad...
3 Harmful Causes of Chronic Joint Pain:
"Joint Pain Triad"
Harmful Cause #1: Cellular Inflammation
According to The Mayo Clinic, inflammation is one of the leading causes of joint pain in adults over 45. [7]

In fact, some of the most common symptoms of aging such as aches, pains and fatigue are often caused by inflammation... [8]
Did you catch that?

The inflammation inside your joint may be the reason you wake up with achy, stiff, painful knees. This inflammation often steals our most precious experiences away from us. Some people mistakenly blame their "old knees" as the reason they can't play with their granddaughter in the yard or bend down to work in their garden or walk around their block on a calm autumn evening.

"Old knees" don't exist. There is a cause for every effect and inflammation is one of the main causes of knee joint pain.

But that's not all. Let's talk about the second Harmful Cause: Postural Misalignment.
Harmful Cause #2: Postural Misalignment
You may not even realize it but how you stand, walk and even sit can cause havoc on your knees. Poor posture may not seem that big of a deal. But over time, misalignment can seriously tear down your knees. [9]
According to Dr's Tetsworth and Paley in a ground-breaking 2004 study, they found that even a 5% misalignment of your knee can cause a 70-90% increase in added stress inside the joint. [10]

They revealed, "This dramatic increase in load creates a four-fold increase in the risk of worsening the knee over 18 months".

Yes, you heard that correctly.

Even just a small misalignment of only 5% can create long-term harmful effects inside your knee and lead to osteoarthritis and other debilitating knee problems.

If you are overweight, this only increases the rate at which your joints break down. [11] Thankfully, you can realign your knee so you don't have to worry about the harmful effects of misalignment

But we have one more member of the "Joint Pain Triad'....
Harmful Cause #3: Cartilage Deterioration
Renowned Dr. Chris Centeno M.D., a specialist in regenerative medicine, states that joint instability is one of the leading causes of cartilage breakdown. [12]

If you experience sudden "shifting, popping or cracking" or "soreness or swelling after activity", according to Dr. Centeno, you might have low cartilage in your joint.
To help explain why cartilage deterioration can be so harmful, let me use an analogy.

Imagine that duct tape was holding together the 3 main bones that make up the knee (femur, tibia and fibula). But instead of the duct tape being tight, it is loose which creates more movement inside the joint than there should be. Over time, this excess movement slowly grinds down the cartilage in your knee.

Eventually, you may find yourself with "bone-on-bone" which can be extremely painful. Though cutting edge research from Australian and Swedish researchers using a special test called "delayed gadolinium-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging" have discovered that you can regrow new cartilage with exercise [13-14], but we'll get to that in a moment.
Other Harmful Effects of Knee Pain
  • Trouble walking [15]
  •  Aching, Swollen, and Pulsing Knees [20]
  •  Inflamed Knee Joint Pain [41]
  •  Frequently Having To Take Anti-Inflammatory Drugs [25]
  •  Moving in Pain [7]
  •  Overweight Due To Pain [26]
  •  Low Energy Levels [17]
  •  Feeling Older and Immobile [16]
What if there was a way to fight back against these effects of knee joint pain and possibly avoid surgery in the first place -- or avoid ANOTHER surgery?

What if there was a way to decrease pain and inflammation… and enjoy pain-free movement?

Well there is…
National Institute of Health Reports This "30-Second Non-Movement Exercise Can Decrease Knee Pain By Up To 58%"
According to research from the US National Library of Medicine National Institutes of Health...

There is a simple exercise that can decrease your knee pain by 58%.

The purpose of this study was to monitor knee pain relief after performing isometric knee extensions for 30-45 seconds. [5]
The participants in the study suffered from pain in either or both of their knees. The researchers understood that "movement-based" exercise could cause greater irritation and pain in the knee but believed that "non-movement based" exercise like isometrics could strengthen the knee thereby relieving pain.

The exercise that the participants performed was 30-45 seconds of seated isometric knee extensions. They squeezed their quadriceps muscle in a 90 and 120 degree angle, then released. Over the course of several weeks of performing the exercise many of the participants saw a decrease in perceived pain between 30-58%!

What are Isometric exercises?

Isometric exercises are a simple and effective exercise where you increase the tension in your muscles without moving your joint.

It gives your body the ability to use its muscles without ever moving which have been shown to help reduce joint pain. [18]

Is this the real deal?
Renowned Western Ontario and McMaster Universities revealed in a scientific study that this same type of isometric exercise worked signifcantly better for reducing knee pain than taking NSAID's. [19]

A large sample size of people who had knee pain were split up into two groups. One group performed the same isometric exercise mentioned above (the seated isometric leg extension) and the other did not exercise but relied on traditional medication.

The isometric group had significantly less pain than the anti-inflammatory medication group. In addition, they saw a drastic increase in joint function in the group that performed the isometric exercise.
Why This Single Exercise Alone Isn't The Full Answer
Now that you know this unique isometric exercise, you have a powerful tool in your pain relief tool-belt.

But the important question to ask is, why was there only a 30-58% reduction in pain?

Why not 100%? And why did it only work with some of the participants and not all of them?
The reason is because knee joint pain can be complex.

I'm not like one of those "gurus" on Youtube that claim if you do one thing all your problems will be gone. I've learned too much about the human body to know this isn't true.
From my research and experience, knee pain must be addressed from multiple angles AND in the correct sequence [21].
The knee joint alone has almost 20 different muscles, tendons and ligaments that intersect making it one of the most complex joints in our body. [22]

This creates a huge assortment of ways things can go wrong.

But the great news is that knee pain can be eliminated, if you follow the right approach.

I believe there are 6 main components that need to be addressed for the majority of people with knee pain
The 6 Components To Strong, Healthy Feel Good Knees
Here are the 6 components to great knee health and being free from knee joint pain:
Component 1: Reduce Inflammation With Knee Rejuvenation Massage (KRM)
Knee Rejuvenation Massage is a technique originated from Chinese Medicine used to help reduce swelling and inflammation in the joint. There are very specific ways of massaging certain points around the knee to help reduce pain and inflammation. [23]
Component 2: Increase Range of Motion Using Knee Mobilization Exercises
Knee pain is often accompanied by a lack of range of motion [16]. So not only do you have to reduce inflammation but also gain back range of motion using targeted Knee Mobilization Exercises to free up the tendons and muscles of the joint. [24]
Component 3: Establish Kneecap Alignment With Posture Alignment Exercises
Misalignment of the knee, and how it lines up with the ankle and hip, can be a major cause of knee pain [9]. Posture Alignment Exercises are used to put the knee back in place so your weight transfers to the ground and doesn't put extra strain on your knee.
Component 4: Improve Knee Joint Health Using Deep Ligament Stretching
Ligaments are connective tissue that connect the bones of your knee. Traditional stretching only stretches the muscles and tendons. Deep Ligament Stretching helps to stretch the inner most part of your knee and has been found to speed up knee recovery. [27]
Component 5: Stimulate Cartilage Regrowth Using Static Isometric Exercises
Static isometric exercises are used to not only develop strength through "non-movement" exercises but also can stimulate cartilage regrowth. [13-14] They are great because they do not require movement in the knee which can often create more pain or even cause injury.
Component 6: Strengthen Muscles Surrounding Knee With Dynamic Isometric Exercises
Dynamic isometric poses are different from traditional isometric exercise in how you contract the joint. With dynamic isometrics the "tension-to-relaxation" ratio is decreased to help stimulate fast twitch muscle fiber recruitment and increase strength around the knee. [28]
The "R3 Method" for Relieving Knee Pain
Just like peeling the layers of an onion, there is a proper sequence to stripping away the layers of knee joint pain.

Think of it like running a race. You wouldn't just go out and run would you? You must have the proper warmup and cool down to prevent injury and have your best chance at winning, right?

That's why so many of the "knee-recovery" exercises found online aren't effective and sometimes even result in more damage of the knee. People just grab one or more of the exercises and end up doing them incorrectly and can actually increase pain
After working with thousands of knee injuries and performing hundreds of hours of research my team and I have discovered that the optimal sequence to gain back healthy knees is to Realign, Restrengthen & Relieve. I call this the R3 Method. This unique sequence moves you through each of the 6 components to knee health in the proper order.
I took this R3 Method and formulated a simple 5 minute ritual that covers all 6 of the components of knee health that anyone with a chair and rolled up towel can perform to relieve knee pain.

How Much Would It Be Worth To Be Free Of Knee Pain?
For many people who suffer from knee pain… they can’t put a number on how much it would be worth. A life without nagging pain can feel priceless.

If you were to try to get rid of your pain the traditional way by seeing a  physical therapist… you might end up paying at least 100 dollars… not including your time and gas. And of course, that’s only for ONE session…
Much of the time, physical therapists require multiple sessions… sometimes even for months!

At $100 a piece… you could be looking at hundreds or even thousands of dollars…

But I don’t want that for you…

Truth is, with all the time and years of study in Universities and Traditional Chinese Medicine Schools... I have invested well over $100,000 to uncover what I believe to be the most effective methods of eliminating knee pain.

If I were to price this program at the same cost a Phyiscal Therapist would charge you for just a few sessions...

I should probably charge at least $497.00.

However, I’m not going to charge close to the value of this program…
And to do you one last favor… I’m not even going to charge you for how much one physical therapy session would cost you… So yup, less than $100… Because you are on this page today, I'm giving you a special sale price of 90% OFF!

You can get your copy of Feel Good Knees with your 2 Bonus Gifts for just one payment of $15.
You’ll get the Feel Good Knees Videos, The Full Program, Your Pain Reduction Tracker And Your Two Bonus Gifts with my “60 Day Money Back Guarantee.”

Listen, I understand that you may have found this site from Facebook or some other website. You don't really know me and are probably wondering, "How can I trust this guy?" Or you are thinking "This is too good to be true."

I also realize you are probably sick and tired of "scam" ads you see all over the place and think this is just another one of them.
I get it. On the internet, you can't look someone "eye to eye" and get a "feel" for someone... their character, integrity and who they are as a person.

I would probably have hesitation too. But to show you I am a real person...

Here's a picture of my wife and I with our three kids up in Charlevoix, Michigan (Emma is holding up the Charlevoix brochure. Kind of looks like she's advertising for the city, huh? ;-))
We have a joke in Michigan that there are really only two seasons... winter and construction. LOL. Our outfits show our best intentions to bring in the warmth even on a cold Michigan day in April.
And here's a picture of my little buddy, Landen.

He is 3 year old and goofing by wearing my glasses. How quick they grow up!

My desire is to be able to see them grow up and have a body that can run and play with my grandkids. That's why, I am devoted to helping people become what I call "Good Lifers".
A "Good Lifer" is someone that doesn't believe age is a number, but rather a feeling. They believe in natural approaches. They realize they have much more of life to experience and are excited to share their passions with this world.

I know that pain can steal much of the joy life has to offer and that's why I've made it my mission to create as many "Good Lifers" as possible.

I am committed to helping people live pain-free lives with deep fulfillment and tremendous joy.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this program different from other knee rehab programs?

Reducing knee pain can be complex. There are a number of different reasons people have knee pain and you have to address it in different ways. [33] This program is designed to reduce knee pain from a mult-faceted approach.

I am not very "tech-savy". Do you have support to help me download the program?

We understand that some of our customers may not know how to download the program to their computer, tablet or phone. We have phenomenal support and our team is more than happy to help walk you through each step of the process. :-)

Why are you selling this program so cheap? Is there a catch?

No catch. We are overjoyed at all of our awesome customers that have made this investment and have seen life-changing results from the program.

Our goal at FeelGoodKnees and our parent site, FeelGoodLife.com, is to welcome more people into our "Good Life" family. If you are ready to take the next step, I personally welcome you!

Can I use this program if I am waiting for knee replacement surgery?

Yes, in fact, research shows that if your muscles are stronger and healthier, it speeds up recovery after surgery. [34] So if you are about to have a knee replacement it can be a great time to strengthen your knees and reduce inflammation.

What if I have "bone-on-bone" cartilage degeneration, will Feel Good Knees help me?

The static isometric exercises contained in Feel Good Knees have been shown to help stimulate cartilage regrowth. Fortunately, for people especially with "bone-on-bone", research shows that you can regrow cartilage using the proper stimulus. [13-14]

I have osteoarthritis, can this program help me?

Feel Good Knees was designed to reduce inflammation inside the joint so yes, this program is designed to help people with osteoarthritis.

This program seems "too good to be true". If these exercises were so effective, why wouldn't everyone know about them?

The sad truth is that the largest companies (with the biggest marketing budgets) make their money on pharmaceuticals. They make billions of dollars each year selling medications. They don't want to teach you exercises because there is little money in it. My mission is to empower people with natural approaches and help them live a pain free, "feel good" life.

Can I get the program even if I am not in the United States?

Feel Good Knees is an all digital download. No products are shipped to you. You can get access to it no matter where you live. You just need internet access.

What payment methods do you accept?

Once you click the "Order Now" button you'll be brought to our secure partner site "Clickbank". They accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal.

Will I be able to do this program even if I’m injured?

Depends on how severe the injury. It’s always best to consult your doctor before starting any program.

How many times a week do I have to do Feel Good Knees?

You can do it every day because it’s such a low impact exercise routine, however we advise at least 4 times a week.

I’ve had knee surgery, is Feel Good Knees okay to do?

Yes, however if you have had a previous surgery it’s always best to consult your doctor before starting any program.

Who do I contact if I have any questions about the program? I’ve tried online programs before and nobody helped me.

Easy, my email is todd@feelgoodknees.com. My team and I would love to hear form you!

Are the exercises difficult to perform?

No. You will not be asked to do any challenging exercises. The 5 minute ritual is meant to be soothing yet also strengthening. It is designed for you to feel better after you are done.

What if the routine doesn’t work for me?

I've worked with thousands of individuals and for those that commit to the 5 minutes a day, it works really well. But I understand that you may still have some nervousness so if you are not happy with it, you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. We stand behind this program and have no problem giving a full money back guarantee.

Do I need a gym membership or any special equipment?

No. This routine takes very little space. You'll need a chair to sit in and a rolled up towel, that's it.
